Live streaming is now the most popular way show what people do and make, and we have put a lot of effort to make video for our produccts. This time, we decided to do a live-stream of our factory for clients who are interested in how our products are made.

The whole factory is devided into four working buildings and split up into different specific departments.
Timber Room
The place where timbers are stored and cut, the next one would be sanding, bending, carving & banding.
Base Coating
Cabinet frames are primed in this dust-free workshop. When the base coat dries entirly, the surface will become very glossy.
Water Polishing
Polish the countertop with water, making it more smooth and glossy.
There three different ways to carve.
By hand
The worker makes rough drafts on the wood then carve carefully and elaborately.
By both hand & machine
Some big parts will be directly cut by machine.
By machine
There are several engraving machines which can carve automatically. Each machine are able to carve 10 pieces of wood at the same time.
Assembling & packing
Mirror Department
Here is the place where mirrors are equipped with wires, packed and stored.
Assembling Department
Cabinets are assembled and packed separately. Workers will be checking the cabinets while assembling them.
Packing Department
Our products will be packed with sponge, cartons, wooden frames or other packing materials asked by customers.
